Terms and conditions for Schools and Centres

Payments

  • For bookings of 6-week blocks or less, schools are expected to pay 30% of the fees upfront, with the following 70% being paid within 30 days of the services being completed/ invoice received; whichever is the later.

  • All invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

  • For contracts longer than 6 months, the school may pay in arrears using a Service Level Agreement and will be invoiced at the end of each month

Cancellations and refunds:

  • Schools must give 30 days notice for termination of services

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the service commences, will be issued a full refund.

  • Any cancellations made less than 30 days before services commence, will not receive a refund for the fees already paid.

  • Cancellation, with at least 30 days notice, during the contract of services will be expected to pay any moneys owed for service provided so far, or will receive a partial refund for any services paid for and not yet received.

  • If for any reason Soleil Salutations cannot provide the services agreed, a refund of the services not received will be made. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive the services at a later date.

Covid-19:

  • If national lockdown restrictions do not allow for services to be carried out, customers will be given the option to amend their booking for a later date.

Terms and conditions for parents/ Carers/ individuals

 Payment

  • Payment for sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advanced

  • Blocks of sessions purchased have an expiry of 3 months

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations and amendments must be made 48 hours before the booked session

  • Refunds are not issued unless made at the discretion of Soleil Salutations, due to what we believe to be exceptional circumstances.

  • If for any reason Soleil Salutations cannot provide the services agreed, a refund of the services not received will be made. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive the services at a later date.

Covid-19:

  • If national lockdown restrictions do not allow for services to be carried out, customers will be given the option to amend their booking for a later date.

Postage and packaging

All orders will be sent using royal mail 2nd class signed for. Therefore, please allow 5-6 working days to receive your order.

Returns/refunds policy

Damaged items

If your item is damaged during the postal/delivery process. Please send pictures of the damage and a new item will be sent to you.

Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will try to resolve the problem. If you are still not satisfied, we will ask you to return the item using 2nd class signed for and you will be fully refunded.

Items lost/ not received

If you do not receive your item within a week of it being posted, we will contact Royal Mail in attempt to locate the item. If your item has been lost during the postal process, then we will re-send your order.

Any information you provide will be held securely and password protected on wix.com. You have the right to access any information held on you and to request it to be removed at any time. Please contact us to do so.
