Play Therapy

Play is a child's natural method of communication and processing information. Play Therapy allows children to work through big emotions and/or difficult experiences, without words.

A Play Therapist focuses on building a trusting and non-judgemental relationship in which the child can feel free to express themselves and meet their unconscious mind.

The play therapy process is child-led, as it trusts that every individual has an internal drive for healing and self-development. Through this process the child may form a sense of self, which builds resilience and self-esteem.
